Bioactive Light Cure Pulp Capping Material with MTA-Fillers

NovaCal releases calcium-ions which promotes the formation of tertiary dentine. The high pH level has bactericidal effects, supports healing and protects against hypersensitivity. Due to its thixotropic behaviour, NovaCal can be applied very precisely, even in deep cavity preps.

INDICATIONS FOR USE

Direct Pulp Capping

• carious pulp exposure

• mechanical pulp exposure

• pulp exposures due to trauma

Indirect Pulp Capping

• under amalgam restorations

• under Class 1 & 2 composite restorations

• under cements

• as an alternative to calcium hydroxide
